If you're thinking about using diets,

I Tried Choreographed
Aerobics & Failed.
At the time, Choreographed
Aerobics was the 'in thing' to do and after speaking to three
of my friends who had had moderate success with it, I decided
to give it a go. My friends claimed that they had experienced
good abdominal fat loss with this.
At first it worked out
reasonably well and I began to lose some weight - and although
that wasn't exactly something to get too excited about, at
least it was a start. And any 'start' was good! The

also fun.

the discipline of dieting should work and that I should try
