I Tried Choreographed Aerobics & Failed.

After only 30 days using the system I found the changes demanded in my eating habits were too stressful. There was just too much planning and maintenance required and I was just not disciplined enough for this and besides I have study assignments to complete. I began to feel really discouraged. It seems as if everyone  was trying to recommend what they thought was the best diet. With so many overweight people around you would think that the best ways to lose weight would be known. I guess I am jus one of those people who just cant lose weight.

Another thing that really annoyed me with diets is the constant calculation to determine the calories needed to lose weight. I am no good at figures you know.
